Domestic orders are processed in Canadian dollars. For international orders, if supported, you may select your local currency from the drop-down menu.

Items are proccessed within 1-2 days after placing your order.

Average shipping time varies between 6-12 business days worldwide. (excluding holidays).

If an item is made to order, it will be clearly depicted in the product description, with an estimated time frame. Lead time varies and is based on order volume.

If you wish to cancel a ready made order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Made to order items cannot be modified or cancelled after the order is placed.

All cancelled orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee

If the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the order. The item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed and in the same state that you received it in. We will not be able to assist you if it has passed the 15 day deadline.
