READY MADE ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY) OF THE ORDER BEING PLACED. DURING PEAK PERIODS PROCESSING TIMES MAY EXTEND. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE YOUR ORDER IS READY TO SHIP.

UPON RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, PLEASE INSPECT IT CAREFULLY. IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, WE WILL REQUIRE VISUAL EVIDENCE OF THE ITEM TO FURTHER INVESTIGATE AND REACH A SOLUTION. THE ITEM MUST BE UNWORN AND UNWASHED, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. IF THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED OVER 15 DAYS AGO, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU WITH ANY HELP.
